Throughout this campaign, I want to hear directly from you.

What is working in your neighbourhood? What needs attention? What concerns do you have about housing, property taxes, traffic, safety, recreation, local businesses, City services or other municipal issues?

My approach is straightforward: listen carefully, understand the issue, work collaboratively and focus on practical solutions within the responsibilities of municipal government.

I look forward to meeting residents throughout Ward 4, hearing your ideas and learning more about the priorities that matter in your neighbourhood.

My name is Pauline Mwangi, and I am a candidate for City Councillor, Ward 4 – City of Oshawa.

I am running because I believe municipal government should stay connected to the everyday concerns of residents. I want to listen carefully, understand what is happening in our neighbourhoods, and bring those concerns into City Hall with a practical and accountable approach.

My campaign is focused on six priority areas that I believe deserve sustained attention.
